The hotel was impeccable, friendly staff, very nice room, top location and perfect roof-top with solarium and refreshing pool, which was welcome in probably one of the hottest days in Málaga :)

Exceptional staff, so polite and professional. Lovely buffet breakfast served until noon. The staff in the breakfast room were attentive, very efficient and kept the selection freshly topped up. The rooms were quiet and cool (42 degrees outside when we visited). Beds very comfy, daily maid service, fluffy towels, towels available to take to the beach or roof top pool, amazing shower. Rooftop bar a nice feature, lounge beds on the roof for hotel guests, small pool great to cool off. Central location, staff on the reception desk available 24/7. Hotel feels safe. 100% will visit again, thank you.

This is by far the nicest place we've stayed in Malaga. The staff literally couldn't be more helpful, especially Maria, the room is so clean and well-equipped, kettle, lots of tea bags and my coffee-picky husband was fine with the instant sachets. You even get a free hand fan and a couple of sweeties as an arrival gift. Even thought we had the most basic room on street level, it was totally soundproofed, although just for being able to open the curtains and get natural light, without passers by looking in (although it was a very quiet side street) I would probably upgrade next time. The roof top bar views are stunning, drinks come swiftly and well-made and the staff are a delight. When it was time to leave, the hotel called us a taxi and it was there in mere moments, all of these small things add up, it's got a five star feel to the service and I can't see us staying anywhere else in town in future.

What a wonderful hotel! Absolutely faultless. Location - perfect for everything! Malaga is full of Museums and Galleries within walking distance to the hotel. Malaga is busy but spacious and has glorious gardens and tree lined streets. The hotel is close to harbouring, super yachts and little walk to the beach along a lovely shaded walkway. Walk a bit further and you see sardines and other fish being grilled on open barbecues. The shops are across the road…..many high end shops along with various shops accommodating all price ranges. Bars and restaurants are all around the hotel and during our 6 days stay never had a disappointing meal! The pubs were great too and had great character. Service - The hotel staff are very friendly indeed and greet you each time you enter or leave the hotel. They seem to really want you to enjoy your stay with them. Breakfast - This is in a smallish space below the ground floor. Two beautiful girls seem to run it, with amazing efficiency and care. Everything they do is done so well and the place is spotlessly clean (I really hope their employers appreciate how exceptional they are!) The place was always half occupied, regardless of what time we came down for breakfast. It is entirely self-service. The food is fresh and put out little and often. Continental breakfast or English with lovely cheeses, fruits, pastries and everything else! Roof top bar - This is great! On our arrival there was a sign saying that the rooftop bar was full…..this was for people outside the hotel. We went for a look and there was space for us. Priority is given to hotel guests. Only once on Friday night, we saw it ‘very’ busy and even then, there was available space for us. Drinks are lovely, more expensive than some of the bars but as expected for a beautiful hotel and you get a decent measure!
